Free Printable Puppy Valentines

I’ve been busy making Valentines, free printable Puppy Valentines! I’ve always loved homemade cards but when my kids were younger, I admit, we got the store bought kind.

Of course, that was before the internet and Photoshop.

At least, for us.

Download Poodle Pup Valentine

I drew this black poodle puppy in 2014 when my brother was gravely ill. It was the perfect project because of all the doodles for the poodle.

Something to take my mind off worrying.

At some point, when I started using watercolors, I painted a bunch of hearts.

This week I’ve been photoshopping things together to make Valentines for you to download and print to make your own!

Both the poodle pup and the pug are 5″ x 7″, card size, although if you have a photo editing program, you can probably enlarge them to 8 x 10’s.

The printables are free but I also created a bunch of new designs in my Zazzle shop without the Valentine greeting, opting instead for “All you need is love . . . and a dog.”

Here’s another item from my shop, a Woman’s T-shirt with the same phrase. So cute!

Designing products for my shop has proved to be both challenging and rewarding. I tend to do very simple, basic designs but the more I do, the more I can see other ideas. I’ve had the shop for years but only recently been really focusing on it.

That’s true for almost everything, ‘recently been focusing’. After taking nearly 3 years off due to depression, I’m now realizing I can’t just get up to speed in one day, much less one week! But the good news is, I am working.

With that said, I wish you all a wonderful Valentine’s Day. If you don’t have a Valentine per se, then be your own! Buy something special for yourself or do something special. It’s a day of love so, by all means, love yourself! I sure love you.
