I’ve always said I’ll paint anything that’s not moving, and practically have. A few months ago an artist friend asked me if I’d paint ‘some’ goblets for a charity – Patron Arts of Folsom. The glasses were purchased at the Folsom Gourd & Arts Festival and proceeds were donated to an art scholarship fund – near and dear to my heart as I’m all about painting.
I barely managed to paint 100 glasses; my friend painted over 200! They were so well received I’m wondering if I should maybe offer them in my shops.
Here are a few styles I painted with Delta Air-Dry PermEnamel paints*. I got these wine glasses at the dollar store.*affiliate link
Thanks for letting me share with you. I’d love to know what you think about me painting some for sale. Which is your favorite? Or what design would you like to see on some glasses?

Wow, what a skill you got there, Colleen. This only proves that you can paint any design you can think of on glass. I wonder if my wife will let our daughter paint something on our recycled glass goblets. She’s very protective of her mini collection, but she might change her mind if it’s for art’s sake. Best of luck to you!
